Announced at an awards ceremony held at the Neumünster Abbey in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg on Thursday 4th June, Globoforce was ranked number twelve in Europe in the small and medium company category. Management teams were also asked for their opinions through a Culture Audit questionnaire, which provides insight into the policies, programmes, and practices that companies have put in place to promote great workplace cultures. More than 2,300 companies participated from 19 European countries participated in this year’s study, with 100 organisations making the final list.
